I am fussy about my coffee and this machine surprised me by the quality of the product produced. The machine is a bit loud but easy to use and fast! Solid machine feels very sturdy and worth the rather substantial price. The most important thing is that the espresso is actually quite good. (I bought Nespresso-style pods from Peet's.) So I've only had this Nespresso machine for two weeks but wow. This is a great espresso maker and it is specifically for making espresso. This machine does not make coffee!!! It only makes the specific Nespresso k type cups that are specifically made for Nespresso machines. In other words you can Not use regular k cups in this machine. Fortunately Costco carries the Starbucks Nespresso cups and has another brand of Nespresso cups called Pete's. So yeah that works for me. I use this machine every day or every other day at a minimum. I am very happy with this machine. I got my first one in the fall of 2019 and I just started having problems with it leaking last week. I am very happy with how well it has worked. We tried to fix it, now I am waiting to see if there are any sales coming up to get the same thing.
