Great bang for the buck. It looks like professional. It works great, expresso is fantastic. The frother works very and provides the ability to make different variations of coffee drinks. The grinder is a little messy, but it offers many setting choices. If there were any coffee lovers out there buy it.

How to use this machine

Update: The machine extracts hard at anything below grind setting 15, w/ our sweet spot being around 18. That seems the case w/ several different medium roast coffees. The crema was perfect at grind 18. We returned to the default heat setting of 92 degrees C (machine default is 92). Read the manual to easily reset the extraction temps to experiment. Puck was perfect just a slight bit of moisture on top and easily popped out. Tamp pressure was mild as anything more makes extraction too hard. We also use the Flick WDT Espresso Distribution Tool to de-clump after the grind but before a mild tampi…

Customer Service

Started good but after about 2 months the grinder stop working. Emailed customer service then provided videos and picture of cutting the power cord. Received new machine and this one seems to be working well after a month. Time will tell. Customer Service was quick to respond and take care of the issue.
