What Amazon buyers say
Editing old review because I've owned this for like a year now. I've had 1 or 2 cups of espresso + steamed milk out of this thing daily for a year and it has performed almost flawlessly with no issues. The learning curve was very low and maintenance is very simple. The only issue I've ever had is on occasion the auto-steam function will just stop halfway for some reason. When that happens your milk will obviously still be cold or partially warm but you can't just hit the button to restart, you have to take your cup of milk out, set it aside, run the steamer again just to clear the wand - but t…
Amazing, works perfectly and makes awesome espresso. I’d recommend and pro grinder to make the best coffees. The temp stay hot, easy to clean, it’s not noisy at all, and our family enjoys using it multiple times a day.
I’ve thought long and hard about how to articulate this review as clearly and truthfully as I can. Ok, so I’m not predisposed to negative reviews but this overly expensive coffee machine is awful. The most important part of this machine is the troubleshooting manual. Keep it to hand - you will need it! The positives: 1. It will make a nice cup of coffee* 2. The cleaning capabilities for the wand are a good idea The negatives: 1. True, it will make a nice cup of coffee…..IF IF you use the EXACT amount of coffee in the filter basket IF you don’t mind pressing the double cup 3 times to get a sing…
I'd been using a Saeco Intelia semi-automatic espresso machine for over a decade when it started going belly up recently. I was ready for a change anyway. I first considered models more similar to the Saeco, but the more I shopped machine after machine with features upon features, the more I realized I wanted to simplify everything and have a more "hands-on" experience with the brewing. I own other Breville products that I'm super happy with, so the Bambino Plus ticked my few boxes, especially at the sale price. It took me about 100 grams of coffee or so before I had my shots "dialed in" as th…
I love this espresso machine. It's not only beautiful, has a small footprint and doesnt take up too much counter space. Functionality wise it completely changes the coffee game, when upgrading from a cheap machine (like I did). You really can taste the difference in quality, when paired with a quality coffee bean. I'm not a huge fan of the portafilter, I wish it didn't have a plastic piece inside it. The plastic doesnt come out and I have to assume it gets dirty underneath, so I bought a bottomless one. It comes with everything you need to get you started, but I would recommend getting a tampi…
