Wow, I'm really happy with the Philips 5500 for our home. The taste of the coffee drinks are far above the pods we were using. I recommend watching some videos to see how to adjust the machine so that the coffee is to your taste and not too bitter or too watery, etc. I love the customization options because all of us have different preferences. Everything is really easy to clean and take care of. First of all the actual box arrived opened (unsealed , inside other box), Milk container was missing!! This meant to be a brand new, sealed unit, so ended up returning it back, waste of time & efforts! Busted a fired later to found he just got the same exact machine, even same color (luckily no missing parts) so we ended up putting in good test, but truly ended up packing his and return it as well :).
